We believe that embroidery goes beyond just the stitching which is why our experienced and dedicated embroidery team can produce high quality embroidered apparel. We embroider customer logos on just about anything, just send us your artwork and we'll do the rest.

• 3D: The profound 3D effect is used with a specific type of foam to that make your design look three dimensional. This works best on the front of structured caps, but we can apply on virtually any garment. There is an additional charge for this application

• Patches and Emblems: We can apply any shape or size patch you desire. We also have the capabilities to have patches made and applied via transfer or stitched on. This will work best for a really intricate design or just for to make a fashion statement. We also have American flag patches in stock at our warehouse.

• Tackle twill: This is an embroidery method where we sew on custom cut twill patches. This is used for letters and numbers, but we can custom cut and sew your design as well.

• Thread colors: We only use Madeira Polyneon thread. It is the industry leading thread choice because of its durability and color accuracy. These are beautiful vibrant threads and best of all, they will help sew your logo with the utmost precision. See chart. We stock 36 colors. If you need a special thread color, We can get it for an additional charge.

• Personalization: We can embroider a name, number, monogram, in a variety of fonts and styles.
